Refurbishment project for a flat in London

Situated on the raised ground floor of a Listed Art Deco building built in 1912 and described as the grandest Edwardian commercial building in the borough, the flat is comprised of an open plan large reception room, West facing with a plenty of light, with a bespoke fully equipped kitchen, 6-seats wooden table, and bay window with reading area overlooking the vibrant pedestrian square. The reception area is completed with a bespoke shelves unit and desk.
A large master bedroom, East facing, with plywood bespoke bed and ensuite walk-in rain shower, large fitted wardrobe, overlooking a lovely green planted external space. 
The flat is completed with a range of selected vintage furniture .
